Certificate

Q. I have completed the courses, how do I get my Certificate?

You can request your Certificate by completing this online form.

Q. How can I get an official transcript of the courses I have completed?

Go to the transcript request form online. It costs $5 which you can buy with credit card or check or money order. With credit card, you can request the transcript online. You will need your MSU Net ID and password (that is, your email login information) or your student ID, social security number, and date of birth.

NP Endorsement

Q. How do I apply for the NP Endorsement?

Upon completion of the 21 Educational Technology endorsement credits, a Program Plan will be submitted to the Student Affairs Office. At this time you will need to apply for the NP endorsement using the following form: http://www.educ.msu.edu/programs/forms/endform.pdf.

Q. I am a past MAET graduate, am I eligible for the NP Endorsement?

The NP endorsement may be awarded to previous Master of Arts in Educational Technology students who completed the program between 2003 and 2006. Contact the program coordinator at msumaet@msu.edu to initiate this request. Additional course work or assignments may be required to receive the endorsement.

Master's

Q. Can I switch locations?

It is recommended that students complete the entire master's program in one location because of the cohort program design.

If circumstances prevent you from completing the master's in the program location to which you were admitted, please contact Leigh Wolf at 517-432-7195 or by e-mail at msumaet@msu.edu for alternate arrangements.

Q. How to I enroll in courses?

You can enroll online by visiting http://webenroll.msu.edu/

Q. I need an override to enroll in a course, who do I contact?

Q. How can I find out when and where classes will be offered?

Michigan State University’s Schedule of Courses is located online at http://schedule.msu.edu/

Q. How do I receive notifications of grades, semester start dates, etc?

MSU is becoming increasingly paperless and you will not receive grades reports or other information via the mail. Information such as grades, course schedules, course start dates, academic calendars etc., is available to you 24/7 via the internet on STUINFO. It is your responsibility to be aware of this information.
