EARN YOUR CERTIFICATE AND MASTERS ONLINE

Anytime, Anywhere Learning Computer with Books and Apple

Are you too busy to devote chunks of time to a face-to-face professional development program? Perhaps you enjoy learning in your own location and at a time that is convenient for you. We offer the Educational Technology Certificate and Master's programs totally online making it convenient for educators to still get the professional development they need.

The virtual offerings will be the same courses that we offer in our face-to-face and hybrid programs but with the added flexibility of going through the content on your own time.

Certificate Online Courses

  • Each 3 credit course is 8 weeks in length with each course following consecutively after the other
  • This is an accelerated format in comparison to most 3 credit university courses that run for 15 weeks
  • All materials are available online, no books to purchase
  • You are expected to work 18-24 hours per week to cover the assigned material and to complete the assignments
  • This format works best for educators that would like to work on their own schedule* and who can navigate the Internet, send emails with attachments, understand how to upload files to a site and have a basic understanding of technology
  • For many educators that have additional responsibilities such as coaching this amount of commitment may become a challenge.

Visit the "Times and Locations" page to see when the Certificate courses are being offered.
